Exceptional/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us. 
We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the current one and purchase a new one when the return is accepted. 

 

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days without reason. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with labels and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned goods to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and credit the refund.
